Account Uniqueness

Each ironman888 player is permitted to hold only one (1) account only. Registering a second or additional account using the same or different name, email address, phone number, or financial information is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your ironman888 account password confidential
• Ensuring that no other party accesses your account without authorisation
• Notify ironman888 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation
• Update your personal information whenever there are changes

Ironman888 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party, unless such loss is directly attributable to ironman888's own negligence.

Ironman888 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only through approved payment methods. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as set from time to time.

The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 per transaction. ironman888 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your financial service provider may impose their own charges.

Ironman888 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests promptly and accurately. Withdrawals are made to a Malaysian bank account or digital wallet registered in the member's name.

Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per request
• Withdrawals must be made to an account that is registered under the same name with an ironman888 account
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required prior to your first withdrawal or for amounts exceeding certain limits
• Funds derived from bonuses must satisfy rollover requirements before it can be withdrawn

Processing Time

• Regular members: 15 to 60 minutes after the request is approved
• VIP Gold & Platinum Members: 15 minutes or sooner
• Diamond & Prestige VIP Members: Highest priority, targeted under 10 minutes

Ironman888 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals in the event of suspicious activity or during a verification process. ironman888 is not liable for any delays caused by banks or payment service providers.

Ironman888 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for both new and existing members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in their respective promotion terms.

General Bonus Principles

• Each bonus has rollover requirements which must be met before any withdrawal can be processed
• Bonus can only be claimed once only unless otherwise stated
• Ironman888 reserves the right to cancel the bonus suspected to have been obtained through fraud or misuse
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts
• The bonus value may be excluded from withdrawals – only the net winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn once the rollover requirement has been met

Odds Accuracy and Results

• All odds displayed on ironman888 are for betting purposes only
• Ironman888 reserves the right to correct any odds pricing errors that is obvious (obvious error) even after a bet has been accepted
• Match results used to settle bets are based on official results from the competition organiser
• Bets placed on postponed or cancelled matches will be declared void and stakes refunded

Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by sport, market, and your account tier. Current limits are displayed in the betting interface when placing a selection. ironman888 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

• Failure to submit the required identity verification documents
• Suspected activity related to fraud, money laundering, or financial crime
• Requests from relevant legal authorities
• At the player's own request

If your account is closed due to a breach of the Terms and Conditions, ironman888 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance in that account. For closures at the player's request or due to technical reasons, any eligible balance will be refunded once all reviews have been completed.
